Refscall Flags

I have acquired a set of refscall flags but the receiver is not coming on although there is power going to it can anyone help please

You need to pair the flags to them , take the battery out and put it back in. Then press down both buttons for 5 seconds (it will make a noise) then press each flag and they should pair and work.

When the two buttons are depressed the green power light comes on,beeps then goes back off,I think there maybe a fault in them
