does anyone know where I can get a pair of 'respect' badges?

you should be able to order them from your rdo i would have thought

i know for surrey there is a respect 'quiz' to get the badges, once its complete you email the RDO and they'll add it to your record and send out thte badges free of charge. Look on your county FA page
