Respect handshakes

I was just wondering how does the respect handshake get organised in the park and who starts moving first .. Simple question I know ha ha

Talk to both managers, then talk to the captains. Explain you have to lead them out. Ask them to hum the champions league music if they want but to line up either side of you. Away team moves first.

Here in Canada, home team moves first for University/College level matches. Our top semi-pro league? Visitors first.
Those are done as per the way they are described in the various RoC.
