I heard a piece recently on radio discussing his rise through the ranks as a coach, they mentioned quite a few ex-players starting at the bottom and doing the hard yards to get teams up the league. Lee Bowyer, Sol Campbell, even our own Chris Wilder were mentioned, he looked a vision of health at the promotion party and very happy bringing Leyton Orient back to League status. Its hard to put in words when this type of stuff happens because behind the shock headlines there is a family grieving his loss. RIP.
