Quick and possibly daft question. Do I report din bins as YCs to leagues and on WGS? I haven't because I thought the punishment was delivered in game, but I have no idea where I got that from

Yes. Still needs to be reported. They count towards totting up for the player still and also for reporting purposes for FA to measure dissent in football.
