Soon as it happened I said "VAR will definitely overturn that", it never fails to surprise.

Completely baffling. Came on here to see if I was missing something.

It's difficult to see a justification in the written law to justify not giving a penalty, although it seems to be very rare you see handball penalised in the PL (aside from attacking players.)
