Spectator vs Player Argument

Had a player and a spectator get in to a heated argument.

I asked gaffer to get the spectator to leave and I yellow carded the player.

Do I log this as C1 or C2 for the player?

I am thinking C1 - AA.

Must be C1 as C2 can only be against an Official.
