Keeper facing wrong way at time of kick, it's a caution - and you allow the goal to stand.
Having said that, keeper should have already earned a caution for slamming the ball down in protest.
Aside from that, if they want to stand still and concede goals that's fine - but report it.

EDIT: As @ASM pointed out, the caution is incorrect.

Technically @CapnBloodbeard its not a caution as a goal is scored. Page 96 indicates the caution is only in the event if a goal not result and the kick therefore gets retaken.

Otherwise, I'm with you on their actions.
