The new clarification on interfering in an offside position

The Referee Store
Interfering with opponent. That how I read it; you're in the keepers line of sight, trying to take a shot (challenging for the ball) - offside

LOTG 14/15 state interfering with an opponent means:

"clearly obstructing the opponent’s line of vision" or "challenging an opponent for the ball"

I don't think the scenario I mentioned comes under either so think 14/15 rules mean this goal should stand (Which I think most would find a bit silly)

If a player was trying to take a shot in the keepers line of sight, I would have been giving offside. Although I probably would have been wrong. :)

Ahead of my time! :D
