Do each of your counties/associations offer you training regularly in terms of both fitness and theory?

I've been lucky with weekly training and regular top up of theory and game situations.

I train on my own, gym or otherwise. Then I read the magic booklet and read forums!

My RA offers fitness training on a Thursday evening, but other than that, I am a member of virgin active, which has improved my fitness a hell of a lot
