Vanishing Spray on the FA referee store???

Why is there vanishing spray on the referee store when we can't carry it by law?

Not to mention the price!!

Not to mention it being somewhat useless without a holder.

Guess it is no different to the various suppliers, including those endorsed by the FA, selling coloured kits that we couldn't wear for the past however many years.
