Been trying to upload YC and RC from today and one team adds easily, other team it just circles and crashes.

Ayone know if it's down, or just me!

Recent Facebook status updates would suggest that there is a problem. Others are also struggling to log in
 
It has never worked as intended since it was launched. The Governance department at my County are flagging issues on a daily basis.
 
I had no problems in submitting my cautions from Saturday, although one or two others have told me that they're having trouble with it.
