what do i put if someone receives 2 yellows?

im a new referee and im wondering if a player recieves 2 yellows in a match, do i put it down as 2 yellows and send of(s7) or one yellow and send off

Are you based in England? If so, wholegame will require you to put it down as a send off for s7 but will then require both caution codes as well, so make sure you keep note.
