He's level 2 in Australia by the looks of it. I was thinking the same though. Does it work with a similar system there?

24 years as a referee, this is just my hobby, I work 24/7 in the anesthesia area and that takes all my time, theory is one thing and practice is another.

I thought this. I was even more confused when I noticed the first thread was titled "need help".

In addition to what others have mentioned, I don't really think there are many people on here who need knowledge checking. We are paid to know the rules after all
