Whole Game System - HELP!

So I've been attempting to add yesterday's cautions to WGS, never had a problem before. However, this time, as I click 'save details' on the match one of the team's boxes goes red (they are on the system) and it won't let me progress.

Anyone experienced this before?

Seems to be on the blink this evening. I tried to log in and it wouldn't let me. First time ever using it, extraordinary report for an abandonment! In a girls game!

Managed to do my red card and misconduct report with no problems earlier

Have to be careful what i say obviously but boiled down to a player with no registration card. Things got a bit heated on the touchline during the game and one team walked.
