    Liverpool V Burnley

Exactly SM, Mr Pawson and his team missed that one. Marked down at County for that. Bet nobody noticed it other than us though

    Liverpool V Burnley

So, just seen Joey Barton get flattened in a challenge and that didn't disturb me one little bit. However, i was surprised to see the colour of his under shorts which were white. Does he get way with this because they don't show below the hem of his match shorts? Even though they clearly show...

Spurs v City Spot the Difference

If it had been a keeper clashing with his team mates he'd have been down the tunnel before kick off to change. Don't understand Mr Marriner missing the clash. On another note, had a team last week in black and white asking if I'd like to borrow a bib to cover up my black kit. My response, I...

Spurs v City Spot the Difference

Anyone else noticed the half time change by the officials? Can only assume it's down to the purple on the sleeves of the City away kit as to why the change??

    Lukaku goal vs Palace

Hmmmm, that's a good "get out" I guess. But having read his lips, he explained to Delaney it was for high feet which equals PIADM in my book really

    Lukaku goal vs Palace

Got to ask why, between him and his assistant, they can't tell that Jagielka wasn't gushing blood nor missing any teeth from the challenge. Foot was very high and at that pace, there's damage being caused if Delaney makes contact??

    Lukaku goal vs Palace

For me, that's a basic requirement in your application of law. Understanding direct and indirect free kicks, and especially at that level.

    Everton vs Palace Lukaku Freekick

To be fair, Mr Moss is getting good at missing things it seems. How you'd miss that Jagielka wasn't gushing blood or missing any teeth though is something only he can explain :)

    Everton vs Palace Lukaku Freekick

I have just posted a thread at the same time as your good self and I do hope this is picked up by his bosses at PGMOL. I too would have had my arm in the air as if directing traffic :)

    Lukaku goal vs Palace

Just seen Mr Moss award a free kick for high feet against Delaney for Palace which resulted in Lukaku scoring from a direct free kick. Would anyone else have a problem with that goal being awarded or is it just me? Answers on a postcard please :)

    Kick off Grumble

Anybody see the kick off in the second half of the Spurs game the other night I think it was, player stood with both feet, 2/3 yards inside the circle of his opponents half. I'm not bothering anymore from this weekend. Grassroots will get the blame if it persists at top level again no doubt...

    Kick off Grumble

If they are going backwards then I accept a leg swing to get the game going. But being stood in the other half, as the above Swansea kick off is a no in my interpretation of LOTG.

"You need to get control of this match ref"

Sometimes if it's a serial moaner who says this, it does enter my head to say I'll get a grip of you if you don't pipe down. But then I just laugh and carry on being the average ref they think I am :):):)

    Kick off Grumble

Ok, so in my local RA briefing on the new laws we had the new kick off law explained. No great issues with how it's changed but we were also advised, make sure the player is still in his own half. Diligently I've made this point in all my games so far, repetitive after goals scored and not...

    Vardy goal vs Liverpool

So eagle eyed Howard Webb with his many camera angles spotted the Law 16 infringement by Okazaki before Vardy's goal. Craig Pawson will probably get his knuckles rapped and his assistant, but let's be honest, how many of us in real time actually spotted that? Craig will be in for a ribbing on...

    Touchline Flags

That's what it's all about for me as well, looking the part and projecting that professional image. Won't lie, my CartaSport ones are probably the cheapest and flimsiest set of flags I've ever owned but they still do the same job I suppose. They just look a bit naff compared to the Touchline...

    Touchline Flags

True, I've had them a few years mind and they have the foam handles which I've always hated using myself. I did have a set of rubber handled ones at one point, they seem to have been taken by the garage gremlins!

    Touchline Flags

Long shot here guys, but I've been handed a game where I have A/R's this weekend for the first time in years and my flags are only cheap ones. Ordered some Touchline flags from A&H today but it would appear they have these on back order and doubtful I'll get them for the weekend. Does anyone...
