Once you have completed the initial 5 games at the required level, sent the form to your CFA, and it has been approved by the RDO, the CFA advise The FA and they then send you a badge and certificate.
This should have been explained during the course.

Never received a badge or a certificate, had to chase someone at my CFA to get a digital certificate.

12 years ago I got a certificate. Still have it somewhere...

London FA did not do this for me aha, they also messed up my DBS when I first qualified... New RDO now who seems on it so maybe I'll ask him

I was lucky to get a handshake when I qualified.
