Just a quick query : How do you guys go about finding fixtures to referee in pre season (July/Aug), and do you ever manage to get a friendly on the line? Thanks in advance for any advice.

@Padfoot I wouldn't want to risk that. I'll ask if they can sort it out - are CFA's usually open to these kind of fixtures?

I hope to! My mentor is keen for me to stick with older juniors for a year, but I think I'm ready for the step up, so I'm gonna grab the bull by the horns and go for it!

Went out for another run this afternoon, and it has seemed to evened up on both calfs. I've got a charity game on the line tommorow, and a pre season friendly on Sunday, and after that I'm having a rest day! Thanks for your advice guys!
