Unsure of teams or level. Context appears to be ball flagged for going out of play, player then passes to team mate after whistle (not sure on duration) second yellow for kicking ball away…
Seems very harsh to me.
Seems very harsh to me.
The kick, comes before the whistle......
Ball still active, as until the whistle, the referee has not stopped play. Randoms hand in air means nothing.
unless there is something the clip is not making clear, that appears to be lunacy from the official
Unless I'm going mad it absolutely does not!
The whistle might only be a quick peep but it's there, well before the player kicks it away
If thats the case I missed it. I do have music on!
either way, based soley on that call and nothing prev that we dont know, Denis Irwin feels his pain.......
Expert referee media analyst!A&H and London FA guy Jamal Horne firmly backing referees (in the replies) again I see...
Exactly what came into my head as well - if he's already pushing his luck with dissent then this would absolutely be enough to tip it over the edge for me.I would hazard a strong guess that he has previously had a warning given how quickly the referee reacts. But of course the player isn't going to mention that in his post is he ... ?
