INTO the goal? Of course it's a goal, good god. Either you're on the wind up, are a pre-teen, or your understanding of football in general is awful. If you are a genuine colleague of ours, please reach out to a refereeing mentor, development officer, local refs' association or county FA, because it's worrying that you may take charge of a match any time soon based on your many recent threads.
The goalkeeper throws the ball, but then because of the wind the ball returns back and the goalkeeper touches it again to prevent it from entering the goal but it still enters the goal ? - Then it is a goal here>?If it goes directly in... corner.
If any player touches it before it enters the goal... goal.
All the answers are in the good book.

Yes.
Advantage. The referee allows play to continue when an offence occurs and there is a benefit to non offending team.
Not sure if it's more important than disallowing a good goal but a good pointMore importantly, whether or not you successfully play advantage to allow the ball to go into the goal, there is NO sanction for the GK
