Reffy I personally write down every players name and number before the game as I believe it can help sometimes.

I do quite a lot of school games and have never been on the receiving end of any abuse from the Teachers. Generally it doesn't happen but may be speak to the head of PE and make him aware of this or failing that the head!

For Captains I call them in and introduce myself before saying to them that their is 2 options, that they get on with the game and I let it flow or they commit silly fouls and it becomes a stop start game. Then coin toss and start of the game
