Red players mouths off over a penalty so he gets sin binned.

Second half same player makes a stupidly late reckless tackle. Yellow card.

At this point the blue team are asking why no red card? I explain that a sin bin and a "normal yellow" don't make red. Even the manager of the blue team had to have this explained to him how it works.

Surely teams now know the way things work?

I personally am a fan of 2 yellows = red but until the LOTG are changed this will be so.

Yes. It's in the changes to the guidelines for temporary dismissals.

Along with only being able to return at a stoppage

Yes, it is on The IFAB website under documents and the revised guidelines are there. I have only just noticed that and I am very pleased about it.

Yes. 2 YC regardless of offence will be a RC.
