With regards to the handball question, it's just an unfortunate idiosyncrasy of the laws. Its 100% not a handball offence 99.9% of the time as his arm was in an entirely natural position for the action being undertaken and the ball also deflected off of his body on to the arm. Had he immediately scored it would have had to have been handball due to the touch on the arm. The fact the goal didn't come immediately from this, but once a save had been made, the ball back to another player then back to the same player to score... there is no grounds to rule the goal out.

On the high foot, I could see the argument to disallow, especially on field, but I think if VAR starts getting involved there, a can of worms is being opened.
