I am amazed that the Gusto challenge on Willian wasn’t upgraded to a RC. Studs up with force above the ankle I was 100% sure VAR would recommend a review.

It seems to me that sometimes the VAR is asleep on the job. Seeing the Curtis Jones upgrade from Yellow to Red for going over the ball whereas here its a straight studs up hit on the leg is bizarre that nothing is done to help the referee out.

Extremely poor challenge from Gusto, similarities to the challenge he made earlier in the season which was upgraded from yellow to red after VAR review.

I think that the recent two RC which have been overturned (Calvin:Lewis and another), make me think this isn't as certain a RC as it should be
