Clarification of law 10 change

The Referee Store
I'm not sure exactly what you're saying. Are you making a statement or posing some kind of question? If it's supposed to be a question, can you clarify what that is?

There is a change to law 10 regarding a replacement goalkeeper taking a kick during kicks from the penalty mark, which is pretty much self-explanatory - is that what you're referring to?

This is going nowhere. Ref Craig, please can you explain exactly what it is that you would like clarifying.

Law 10: kicks from the penalty mark a replacement for a goalkeeper cannot take a kick in that round if the keeper has already taken one
Clarify please

So, say a keeper takes one of the penalties in a shootout and then, for whatever reason, has to be replaced. The replacement can’t take a penalty until the other players have taken theirs (I.e. the replacement doesn’t get an extra kick, his was already taken by the keeper previously).
