Difference between Australian and British referee levels

Can you guys point to any source of materials that compare standards of australian levels of referees vs British?
For, example level by level comparison..

Completely different systems. It's like comparing apples and oranges.

I am supposedly a level one theory and Level 2 practice referee in Aus. The closest I can get to a top three tier game is from the stands (rightly so I must add).
