A very prolonged night but welcome to the world grandkid no.5 Harper Elizabeth born about 3am this morning by emergency c-section weighing 3lb 12oz. My eldest daughter (midwife) aided in the delivery and both mother and baby are doing very well.
I dropped my son off at around 1.00am as birthing partners aren’t allowed to stay that long now with all the CV-19 regulations in hospitals. Worrying times, but it all went well. The Sheffield Slackers 5-a side team is now complete and looking for some friendly games, ❤❤❤❤❤

happy family now home together finally after 2 weeks in hospital, she’s absolutely tiny, hard to put into words her size and fragility, Just happy all went well and many thanks to our wonderful NHS staff locally...
