IFAB Presentation on Law changes

I don't recall seeing this referenced here. Presentation includes discussion of law changes, and includes some videos as well as explanations that are beyond what is in the magic book. The handling discussion, for example, talks about "taking a risk," a phrase not in the laws as a guiding principal for those "usually" provisions. (Whether the explanation is entirely consistent with the language they used in Law 12 is debatable.)

Oh nice, I'll read through this.

I've only had very brief instruction in pre-season on the law changes, nothing as in-depth as I'd have liked.

Am never catching that coach kicking the ball on, what a clip!

I also don't recall seeing it mentioned but I noticed it some time ago. The problem is that it doesn't seem to work for me on Android devices. I've tried it on both my and my wife's devices and all I can get is the initial screen, then it freezes. So I've never been able to see what it contains.

Anyone else had problems getting it to work? And for those who can, what hardware/OS combination are you using?

Works on my Android but not as a swipe.
Have you spotted the faint arrow at the edge of the screen to switch slides?
It might not be visible until you press it. Screenshot_20190622_083141_com.android.chrome.jpg

Thank you so much!! You're right, I hadn't spotted the faint little arrow. Mind you, that's partly because on the devices I was trying, I have a tablet control applet that puts a faint semi-circle right where the arrow is, which makes it even harder to spot.
