Thoughts on this? Would’ve been onside every day of the week last season but the IFAB clarifications in July obviously changed all that. Still would go onside personally.
Can't remember who it was but someone on here tried to justify this being classed as offside for an identical situation in a PL game (Utd Liv I think) based on the IFAB circular. It's so onside lol
*imho. Perhaps OK for pros to be mindful of this, but Dave, playing for the Dog and Duck isn’t. If you are unlucky enough to have this happen to you on a Sunday morning, your world is going to turn to rat s v. quickly
100% a goal. He is clearly trying to head it back to the keeper without realising there is an attacker behind him. He has lots of time, he isn't being challenged, he isn't stretching, just has to be classed as a deliberate play.
