Offside call in 2nd half against Forest.
Early flag with attacker through on goal.
Very debatable.
I thought for close calls flag stays down.
Ive seen some absolute obvious ones get delayed yet some mm decisions flagged.

Wish they'd do one or the other.

Can’t say from the still if that is the exact right frame. The guidance is that it is to delay down if close—but sometimes the AR may see it as closer than it is or not as close as it is. If this is the right frame, it seems close enough that the flag should have stayed down until the immediate scoring opportunity ended.
 
I'd say that there is an obvious change in the EPL to giving the AR permission to flag if sure it's offside - but that's leading to some very close calls, that VAR has no reason to review.
 
With the benefit of a still frame, it looks offside to me. Assuming that's the AR's flag we can just see on the left edge of the picture, the AR looks like they are at least two yards deeper than they should be, which would have made the attacker look even further offside (if indeed he was offside).
