Question for those of you that do BUCS (university) games

Whole Game System is not very good with these leagues. Hopefully they will link it into Full Time at some point.
I do a few of these a season. Not necessarily BUCS but ESFA Academy games and struggle to find the league on whole game let alone the teams sometimes!
My game 2 weeks ago resulted in 3 cautions and straight red for VC. I went to upload the game to WGS, only to be able to find the away side, the home team were not in the list of available teams. Therefore, a quick phone call to local FA's and told them I would email them the details which they were happy with. They have not come back to me saying "don't do it this way".
