The Ref Stop
I thought it was an all round poor performance from a ref I really like.

Missed several yellows, fell for a lot of theatrics (from both sides) and Missed the city pen live when it looked an easy enough spot (I also thought this should have been a red for dogso too)

There’s no way on earth that can be DOGSO. Way too much doubt as to whether the attacker would have been able to get the ball. When have you ever seen DOGSO given for a player being held at a cross if they aren’t about to head it into an open goal?

Even without the foul that’s a tricky header.

Don't agree with any of that, it's a striker getting a free header on goal 6-8 yards out

Goal scoring opportunities don't get much more obvious

He’s running parallel to the goal line, there’s way too much to do. I go back to my original question, when have you ever seen DOGSO given for this.

For those that haven’t seen it see around 0:50 here.

Not seeing one like this doesn't mean it isn't

It never crossed my mind for DOGSO.

If there were reds to give out it would have been a second yellow for Rudiger (for a later foul), or a straight red for this in second video (played advantage, didn't go back for a yellow):

It might have been a “free header” but he’s running across the penalty area rather than directly onto the ball. That’s the hardest type of ball to head as you have to generate the power, there’s far too much doubt for it to be DOGSO.
