No, because you can play o/a football at 16 and above I believe.

Besides my point was a more general about how the system is weighted in favour of youth....

My 14 year old son has just done the course and had to pay full price - £135.00.

Just to put a spanner in the works, I got in touch with my counties RDO this month after not doing any reffing for 8 years. He was happy to allow me to be reinstated as a level 7 aslong as I passed the LOTG exam. I got 39/42 passed with no fee other than to register to the league.
