Sufficient Number of Players

Heard two different things from two ex-level 4s, so I find myself asking RefChat:

If a team have received four red cards, and then have a sin-bin and are down to six players, is the match abandoned or does play continue because the team will have seven once the sin-bin has returned? If the answer is yes, is it still yes if there are less than ten minutes to play (including added)?

On a seperate note, usually opinions are put to vote. The OP is a question that has one correct answer only, even if none votes for it

The vote is irrelevant, as you have to abandon. Just as a mixture of dismissals and injuries (and lack of players) means a team has less than 7 players on the field.
