Hi all i am referee level 6 going for promotion to 5 in Somerset .Can i ask can i referee in wales fa and what level i have to be .?Do i start from the bottom ?

Do you mean that you will be moving to Wales, or that whilst living in Somerset you may do games in Wales?
Either way, you need to advise your RDO, and contact FAW for approval.

To referee in Wales, you would international clearance. As Chas has said, you need to contact your RDO before we do any matches.

You can referee anywhere, but as has been said, you will need international clearance from your CFA. The levels in Wales only matter if you transfer your parent CFA to them, if not you stay on the English levels.

There's a lady who is/was a Level 4 in men's football in England, and a Women's FIFA listed assistant referee in Wales.

Also the Welsh female RDO so may be able to advice you best way to go about it
